Warranty & Refund Policy

Workmanship warranty

Pablos Performance warrants the labor (workmanship) of every completed repair for 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the service date. If a covered repair fails within that period, we will re-diagnose and correct our workmanship at no additional labor charge, at your location within our service area.

Parts warranty: parts we supply are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, which we pass through to you in full. The manufacturer’s terms (length and coverage) depend on the part and may differ from our workmanship warranty above. Ask at the time of service for the specific part warranty.

What’s covered

• Defects in workmanship performed by Pablos Performance during the warranty period.
• Parts we supplied that fail under normal use, subject to the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
• Re-diagnosis and correction labor for a qualifying warranty claim.

What’s not covered

• Normal wear and tear.
• Parts supplied by the customer.
• Damage caused by continued driving after a known fault was identified.
• Failures unrelated to the repair we performed.
• Work performed on the vehicle by anyone else after our service.
• Misuse, off-road use, accidents, or modifications made after the repair.

Diagnostics & inspections (non-refundable)

Diagnostic fees and pre-purchase inspections are charges for work performed and are non-refundable once completed. Where we perform the resulting repair, ask at booking — on many jobs we apply diagnostic time toward the repair.

Booking deposits

Booking deposits on quoted repairs are applied in full to your final invoice. If you cancel before any work begins, the deposit is refundable minus any travel or diagnostic time already incurred, which we will tell you before charging. No restocking or cancellation fee is added beyond actual time and parts already committed. ⚙

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a completed repair, contact us within 7 days ⚙ so we can make it right. Where a refund is appropriate, it is issued to the original payment method. Warranty corrections are performed at no charge rather than refunded, except where the original repair cannot be made right.

Financed purchases

For repairs paid through a financing partner, refunds are processed back through that partner under their terms. Pablos Performance will provide the partner with any documentation needed to resolve a financed refund.
